These Weekend Mobile Notary Business Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between the undersigned identified within this sign-up page (“Customer”, “you”) and Weekend Mobile Notary LLC. (“Weekend Mobile Notary”) (each, a “party” and together, the “parties”). This Agreement sets forth the terms under which Customer may access and use the Weekend Mobile Notary Platform and the Services (as defined below) to request on-demand ground mobile Public Notary services and to administer, manage, and view mobile public notary activity. By entering into this Agreement, registering for a Customer Account and/or Public Notary Account, and/or by using or accessing Weekend Mobile Notary Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you understand this Agreement and accept all of its terms. If you are registering for a Customer Account and/or Public Notary Account or using the Weekend Mobile Notary Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to this Agreement for that organization and representing and warranting to Weekend Mobile Notary that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement (in which event, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization referred to herein as “Customer”). If you use the Weekend Mobile Notary Platform or Weekend Mobile Notary Services in a country other than the United States of America, you agree that your use of the Weekend Mobile Notary Platform and Weekend Mobile Notary Services in that country will be subject to this Agreement.
